A friend of mine put me on to this place today as him and I were Ichatting. He said it’s one of his favorite hotels to stay at, and a lot of industry people go in and out those doors. I thought to check it out as I love boutique spots. Le Montrose is located in West Hollywood, L.A., and is a favorite to A-list Hollywood celebrities and high profile clientele.
Le Montrose is located in a quiet, residential street just south of the world famous Sunset Strip. The hotel offers 132 charming and comfortable suites, each featuring a sunken living room, a cozy fireplace, refrigerator, color TV with VCR, twice daily maid service, and state-of-the-art multiline phones with data port, voice mail, and in-suite Nintendo/fax/copier/printer. Most suites at Le Montrose include a fully equipped kitchenette, while many offer private balconies. The hotel has also just completed a $3 million renovation. [hotel-rates.com]
For the business driven individuals, Le Montrose Suite Hotel offers a 825 sq. ft function space at your disposal, wireless Internet access and a 52″ Plasma TV featuring state of the art presentation capabilities. There is a private dining room and lounge for hotel guests only equipped with 4 plasma screen TV’s. Overall the prices are affordable for a little oasis like this as they start from just above $100 per night and can go up to over $300 per night. I am thrilled to have found this and it’s something I will definitely have to check out myself next time I plan to visit Los Angeles.
