I just can’t get behind nor support someone who lies about production and goes to the depths of the earth to do so. his credibility is shot. i never thought he was that nice to begin with and now, with the way he conducts himself, im not even willing to give him a chance.

I don’t care if charles stole the beat from my mama, what does that have to do with me enjoying the music that I want to enjoy? What if “sadi” stole smooth oparator? Does that make it ne less of a dope track? Ne who if you don’t dig charles that’s cool but don’t act like u were rocked his music and theen the black spade thing turned u off….
When i think about Charles i feel like he’s someone who purposely shows his flaws in all he does. He’s premature cocky, got some relationship issues, and needs a restraining order by rhihanna but thats all what makes up him. Cant say im surprised he’s stealing beats but with him you gotta accept the bad to appreciate the good.
And if you like his music thats cool, but don’t act like the dude isn’t shady going around lying about producing tracks he clearly didn’t.
I’m entitled to my opinion but this isn’t a message board and I’m not going to go back and forth with you over what’s already a proven fact.
Quite simply, I’m not missing out on anything because MY opinion is that the guy is a liar and a shady artist. Period. I can’t enjoy an artist like that. Maybe you can, and thats great but thats YOU. Charles Hamilton is a fraud. Before the Spade scandal I would’ve gave his music a listen, but now I won’t. He brought this on himself. I’m a consumer. And an INFORMED one at that. Therefore, I have the right to speak on his music and his shady ass movements. What’s so wrong with that?

allow me to “inform” you, in the business of music there are lots of things that even the most “informed” fans will never know about, no matter how many youtube videos they watch, big name producers buy beats from lesser known producers and present it as their own all the time, its a business. with the amount of co-production going on within the business it is very hard to tell who did what on any song. this happens every day and you will never be none the wiser, so if someone taking credit for a beat that they did not make is the point where you no longer listen to them well i think you would reconsider if you really were “informed”
with all of that being said im sure by the time you shoot down every musician trying to find a moral equivalent it will just be you and “miley ray cyrus” left

What kind of madness is this??? Everyone has the right to their own opinion.. But for someone to be affected by an individuals thoughts on an artist is completely idiotic. Charles Hamilton ain’t sh*t, it ain’t hard to tell. He’s very consistent yes, but his music isn’t greatness.. come on. If this Nell character is into him then so be it.. but he shouldn’t expect everyone to have his same views on an artist.. that’s lame.
Maybe he has a personal relationship with the guy.. who knows.. but him jumping on on people for voicing their opinion is uncalled for. Ive listed to his music.. and I can dig a few joints.. but overall he isn’t all that. And now after he jacked a beat and denied it only to get exposed destroys his credibility point blank period. That’s in the same line as Officer Rick Ross saying he wasn’t a C.O. and then admitting it…. Sorry Nell but you need to chill out… nobody is saying you can’t like Charles Hamilton but don’t get your panties twisted & expect everyone else to feel like you.

It’s almost humorous to hear some people talk about their opinion’s while not appreciating others.
I thought this whole message board thing is about commenting on a topic along with others. If there’s something you like you defend your point. Thats why there’s debates on who’s the best rapper or who makes the best beats. I think its funny that if you take a stand behind an artist you enjoy u must have some type of “personal investment” in them.
Unless its an artist they like then its simply an opinion.
im so above this b.s. im too old for this nonsense but let me make ONE thing clear: my problem was never him “standing” behind an artist but rather him telling me im judging a man’s life and taking the moral high road for judging ONE, and one very factual, instance. dont put words or situations in my “mouth”. simple. And then he went one step farther and felt the need to post this situation on his own blog. Lame. What purpose did that serve? My first post had nothing to do with Nell but I suppose because he posted it he felt it was his obligation to defend Hamilton. Whatever. If someone made a comment about how they didnt like an artist I posted, I probably wouldnt say anything. No artist is worth me defending them. LOL. Like damn, people are gonna like who they like. It’s not up to me to change anyone’s mind.
Anyway, my position stands: I don’t respect artists that lie to other artists’ FACES about recorded vocals and stolen beats. I dont respect artists that take potential money out of other artists’ mouths. If anyone else wants to like Charles, cool. I’m not losing any sleep over someone liking an artist I could care less about. Anyway, I have better things to do with my Saturday evening, so y’all continue this amongst yourselves.

After this Nell commented and said if u dont dig Charles thats cool but dont act like you liked him in the first place then back off after the Spade incident. I still dont see how this became something about him not respecting your opinion.
