HAND GRIP EXCERCISE!
(If I was a boy I wouldn’t need to grip this…)

I was told that this bad boy right here, helps strenghen your wrist and arm muscles and therefore reducing the risk of carpel tunnel syndrome. My concerned friends suggested I buy one due to the long hours spent on the keyboard at home, and at work. Might just try it out. My right hand gets kind of numb from time to time….

Bif Naked?Bif Naked(Beth Torbert) is a punk/rock Juno award-winning Canadian musician and actress.
I grew up listening to artists like her, and while recently tuning in to some old Limp Bizkit records (which as you already know is one of my favorite punk/rock bands) I remembered a song by Bif Naked titled “Lucky Ones.” I remembered seeing an episode of “Cribs” and they showed her Vancouver house, and I remember going…”She Lives in Vancouver???”Yep. She’s Canadian.
She was born in New Delhi, India and was adpoted by American missionaries. She spent part of her childhood in Kentucky before her family settled in Winnipeg. A noted poet, she has released a spoken word album, as well as 8 studio albums (including Greatest Hits). Bif has toured in Europe, Canada and the US as a headliner and has performed with artists like Snoop Dogg, Billy Idol, Dido, Sarah McLachlan, Sheryl Crow, Foo Fighters and the Cult among many others.

This guy blows me away…every time I watch his interviews on Much or online, I am blown away. To see Pharrell’s reaction was incredible. As a fellow journalist, I love seeing the effect that a good interview can have on an interviewee. Nardwar’s style is not for everyone though. You have to have patience and be pretty laid back to understand his type of interviews. Slipknot, Courtney Love, Blur and many others have either threatened him, chased him, or hung up on him. Others have appreciated his humour…like our friend Pharrell here. Best part [for me] was when Pharrell said “Second to none…your research is second to none.” That right there….that’s an amazing compliment coming from someone like Skateboard P!Thanks to Nah Right for posting this.
